capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                          
program; and providing for an effective date"                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
and                                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 267(FIN) respectfully                                                                       
requests limited powers of free conference on the appropriations and                                                            
language that are not identical in House and Senate versions of the                                                             
bill.
